At Prairie House, one monthly fee covers the cost of your apartment, basic utilities (except phone service and $20 per month for cable), and the use of the community amenities and services. Additional services are available based on need or desire for an additional fee.

Upon move-in, there is a one-time non-refundable community fee of $500.
