Celebrating more than ten years of serving La Pine seniors and their families, Prairie House’s assisted living neighborhood includes 35 studios and 9 1-bedrooms and our memory care neighborhood features 2 private studios, 6 semi-private studios, and 1 semi-private 1-bedroom suite deigned to fit your lifestyle and your budget!

Prairie House boasts an exceptional longevity of staff which is comprised of long-time residents of the La Pine community, some of whom helped open the building ten years ago! We are proud of our staff retention; which is vital for ongoing consistency of care. There are true and loving bonds between staff and elders here. Join us for an hour, a day, or a week; it won’t take long to feel the family atmosphere.
Prairie House enjoys outstanding support from the greater La Pine community. We are well known for our quality senior services and commitment of outstanding staff since opening our doors in 1999. Our rural setting, has that small-town feel, yet is close enough to the Bend/Redmond area to take advantage of all the exciting opportunities that a larger city has to offer.
Others who are eager to volunteer and be there for the seniors and their families surround us. Prairie House is proud to have some of the best volunteers from the La Pine community serving our elders. We are an integrated part of the La Pine community.
